This has been a busy year for Thea and we have some exciting news. As well as celebrating our 10 year anniversary in the UK, we’ve continued to invest in eye health education; refreshed our website; and even created our first ever TV ad!
The 20-second advert was created to create awareness of Dry Eye symptoms and how to treat it. Around 1 in 5 adults suffer with dry, sore, gritty eyes, but often the condition goes undiagnosed or they continue to suffer despite trying different over-the-counter remedies.
We wanted to create an advert that helps people understand that the symptoms of Dry Eye are treatable and spread the word about our highly effective solution, Thealoz Duo. These popular eye drops have a unique combination of ingredients that are clinically proven to relieve the symptoms, as well as providing long-lasting hydration and protection.
As with all our eye drops, they’re preservative-free and, thanks to our unique bottle design, they can be kept for up to three months from opening. In addition, they are also suitable for contact lens users.
We’ve used a series of colourful, simple illustrations to tell the Thealoz Duo story and let people know where it’s available to buy. If you didn’t catch the advert on ITV during September and October, you can watch it here:
