• Hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate 0.15%): A natural polysaccharide found in the human eye, which retains water to hydrate and lubricate the surface of the eye.

Before using Hyabak®, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly.
To moisten and lubricate the eye:
Dosage: 1 drop in each eye, as often as necessary during the day. Apply one drop in the pocket of the eyelid, while gently pulling the lower lid down and looking up. Close the eye gently after application.
To lubricate and hydrate the lens:
Before applying your contact lens, simply apply a drop into the inside of the lens when it is on your finger. Put your lens in as usual and blink the eye a few times to allow the solution to settle.

1. Can I use Hyabak® whilst wearing contact lenses?
Yes – Hyabak® Dry Eye drops are compatible with the delicate surface of your eyes and can be used by people wearing any type of contact lenses. You can even place a drop of Hyabak® in your contact lens before putting it in to provide long-lasting comfort.
2. How many drops of Hyabak® should I apply to my eyes per day?
Apply one drop of Hyabak® to each eye, as often as necessary during the day.
3. How long does a bottle of Hyabak® last?
Hyabak® can be used for 6 months after first opening. Always refer to the expiry date marked on the bottle and on the outer box.
4. Is Hyabak ® preservative-free?
Yes, Hyabak® is 100% free from preservatives. The solution is supplied in the unique ABAK® multi-dose bottle, which delivers drops through a specially designed filter. This prevents any bacterial contamination and avoids the need for chemical preservatives. Avoiding preservatives is beneficial to the long-term health of the eye’s surface and eliminates reactions in people who have sensitive eyes.
5. How do you store Hyabak®?
Hyabak® must be stored between 8 °C and 30 °C.
6. Who can use Hyabak®?
Hyabak® is suitable for children and adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women. It can also be used by contact lens wearers.
