Thealoz® Duo Gel provides comfort and protection to the eyes and helps alleviate symptoms of dry eyes. The added carbomer gel provides a more viscous formula that offers longer-lasting symptom relief. Thealoz® Duo Gel is ideal for night-time hydration to keep your eyes comfortable throughout the night.
Thealoz® Duo Gel is suitable for those experiencing discomfort, stinging, foreign body sensations or irritation in the eyes due to moderate to severe dry eye. These symptoms can be caused by many factors, such as wind, smoke, pollution, dust, sunny or cold conditions, dry heat, air conditioning, plane journeys, long hours working in front of a computer screen and eye surgery.

0.15% Sodium Hyaluronate – This acts as a hydrating tear lubricant, providing long lasting relief and soothing your symptoms
3% Trehalose – Trehalose can be found in various species of plants and helps to protect cellular integrity.
0.25% Carbomer – This gel ingredient helps the drop stay on your eyes with a more viscous formula, providing longer-lasting symptom relief for moderate to severe dry eye.
1. If you wear contact lenses, you must remove them before using Théaloz® Duo Gel.
2. Wash hands thoroughly before use,
3. Open the foil sachet and take one single-use vial of the strip.
4. Replace the rest of the strip back into the sachet
5. Do not use any tools to open the vial
6. Turn it upside down, gently shake and tap the vial until the gel comes down.
7. Open the vial by twisting the top tab off.
8. To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the vial with anything.
9. Squeeze until you see the drop.
10. Apply one drop in the pocket of the eyelid while gently pulling the lower lid down and looking up. Close the eye gently after application
11. Throw away the single-use vial, even if there is some gel left, do not keep it.
12. After use, wait at least 30 minutes before putting contact lenses back in.

1. Can I use Thealoz® Duo Gel whilst wearing contact lenses?
Yes – Thealoz® Duo Gel Dry Eye drops are compatible with any types of contact lenses. However, you must remove your contact lenses before using Thealoz® Duo Gel and then wait at least 30 minutes before putting your lenses back in.
2. How many drops of Thealoz® Duo Gel should I apply to my eyes per day?
Apply 1 drop of Thealoz® Duo Gel to each eye, from 1-4 times daily. As it is a gel, Thealoz® Duo Gel is particularly suitable for use in the evening, just before going to bed.
3. How long does Thealoz® Duo Gel last?
Thealoz® Duo Gel comes in single use unit doses. Once the vial has been opened throw it away. Even if there is a small amount of gel left do not reuse. Once opened the microbial protection of the solution cannot be guaranteed. Always refer to the expiry date which is marked on each unit dose and on the outer box.
4. Is Thealoz® Duo Gel Preservative-Free?
Yes, Thealoz® Duo Gel is 100% free from preservatives and phosphates. Avoiding chemical preservatives is beneficial to the eyes surface long term and eliminates reactions amongst people who have sensitive eyes.
5. How do you store Thealoz® Duo Gel?
Thealoz® Duo Gel should be stored between 8 °C and 30 °C. Do not expose your product to direct sunlight or humidity.
6. Who can use Thealoz® Duo Gel?
Thealoz® Duo Gel is suitable for adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women. It can also be used by children, with parents or carers administering the product.
